Richard began his work as Public Defender in multiple counties in Central Mississippi, affording him the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the court room and the opportunity
to help those in need. In 2019, Richard shifted into strictly private practice so that he could give his clients and their cases more thorough representation. Richard has successfully handled a wide variety of cases, including murders, robberies, sex cases, property crimes, drug charges, DUIs, and many others. There is no criminal charge too big or too small. They are all important. Richard has been recognized as Central Mississippi’s Best Lawyer eight times.
